WIRE-FLATTENING TOOL
A clever device for squeezing soft wire (brass, silver or copper) into flat strip. The wire is threaded between the rollers and tensioned with a steady pull whilst applying pressure to the handles. Typical uses for flattened wire include boiler bands for model locomotives, rain strips and beading for carriages, jewellery making.
